Monofin M4 - footpocket:

Footpockets are made from urethane elastomer with stiffer.

1: vacuity inside the footpocket - monofins suitable for freedivers has it filled in with elastic low density urethane foam
2: stiles - stiffener of the vacuity inside the footpocket, it transmits energy too
3 a 4: stiffener - is support for keeping a given angle foot / blade and together with it's general part for transmisson of power. The stiffener is in various construction according to distance: for short sprint / long sprint and middle distances / long distances
